1. Before working, carefully check whether all parts of the shear are normal, whether the electrical equipment is in good condition, and whether the lubrication system is smooth; remove the sundries such as tools, measuring tools and other wastes placed on the table surface and around it.

2. Do not operate the plate shears by one person alone. It should be coordinated by 2-3 people to feed, control the dimensional accuracy and reclaim, and determine that one person is responsible for unified command.

3. Adjust the scissors clearance of the shear according to the specified thickness of the shear. It is not allowed to shear two kinds of different specifications and materials at the same time; it is not allowed to stack shear. The surface of the sheared sheet metal is required to be flat, and the narrow sheet that cannot be compressed is not allowed to be cut.

4. The belt, flywheel, gear and shaft of the shear must be equipped with protective cover.

5. The distance between the fingers of the shearer operator and the scissor mouth should be kept at least 200 mm away from the scissors mouth, and away from the pressing device. The protective fence placed on the trigger can not block the operator's eyes and can not see the cutting part. The waste generated after operation has edges and corners, and the operator should remove it in time to prevent being stabbed and cut.

6. The flywheel, gear, shaft, belt and other moving parts of the shear should be equipped with protective cover.

7. Place a fence to prevent the operator's hands from entering the area where the scissors fall. It is strictly forbidden to pick up the waste materials on the ground when working, so as to avoid being injured by falling workpieces.

8. It is not allowed to cut the quenched material, nor is it allowed to cut beyond the working capacity of the shearing machine.
