Safety operation rules of hose crimping machine

1. Do not open the electrical box of the pipe bender at will. If there is something wrong, ask an electrician.

2. After the machine is out of service, the main knife switch of the power supply must be turned off.

3. When changing the mold, it must be shut down (pay special attention).

4. The bevel between the eight flap seat and the front panel shall be kept clean frequently, and there shall be no metal scraps and other hard objects stuck on the bevel. Lubricating oil must be injected every day before starting the machine to maintain lubrication.

5. The positioning screw on the module must be checked frequently for looseness. Before installing the module, the positioning screw must be tightened.

6. Pay attention to the safety of hands when using automatic pipe crimping to press pipe fittings.

7. It is better to adjust the micrometer by one hand during the process of adjusting the dial indicator regulator when pressing the pipe of the hose crimping machine. Do not touch the machine at other parts of the body.

8. Before each start-up, it is necessary to check whether the wires and terminals led out from the micrometer regulator are in reliable contact. When the micrometer regulator is adjusted from large to small, it is necessary to loosen the lock block of the crimping press first to avoid causing faults.

9. Special personnel must be assigned to take charge of and maintain the press, and the operator must be familiar with the operation process of the press.

10. The operator shall not try to press anything other than the rubber hose.

11. In case of any unexpected phenomenon during operation, stop the machine immediately and find relevant personnel for inspection and maintenance.

12. Turn off all power supply and lock the control box after crimping.
