Installation and commissioning of hose crimping machine

Handling: forklift is suitable for the hose crimping , and the bottom of the hose crimping is stressed. The hose crimping is strictly prohibited to be inverted. It is strictly prohibited to lift the head of buckle pipe and the parts of motor and electrical box.

Installation: the hose crimping machine shall be placed horizontally on a stable foundation and grounded.

Oil filling: open the oil tank cover, add 68 × anti-wear hydraulic oil into the oil tank to 2 / 3 of the oil level gauge.

Power on: connect the power line to the power supply specified by the pipe press, start the motor to observe the direction of rotation, and the direction of rotation of the motor shall be consistent with the direction indicated by the motor. If the rotation direction of the motor is inconsistent with the direction indicated, please change the position of two power cables.

Micrometer: it is used to adjust the shrinkage of the pressure retaining rubber tube. Press 1mm more than half a circle anticlockwise, and press 1mm less than half a circle clockwise.

Pressure adjustment: the maximum pressure of the pipe locking machine system is 31.5Mpa, which is adjusted by the overflow valve. The pressure is adjusted clockwise to increase and anticlockwise to decrease (it has been adjusted in the factory, and can be adjusted by itself if necessary).

Mold opening speed adjustment: the opening speed of the mold is controlled by the diverter valve, which is adjusted clockwise to speed up the opening speed and anticlockwise to slow down the opening speed. However, if the opening speed is too fast, the noise will increase, and the optimal value will not be greater than 10MPa (it has been adjusted at the factory, and can be adjusted if necessary).
